Change of Address or Contact Details
You will need to attend your local branch with valid photographic identification, your passbook(s) and the relevant sections of the Savings Account Amendment Request form will need to be completed. The form must be signed according to the account signing instructions.
You will need to complete the relevant sections of the Savings Account Amendment Request form and forward this to your branch along with the passbook(s) for your account(s).
The form must be signed according to the account signing instructions and we will use the signatures to verify your identity. If we cannot verify the signatures on the form we will contact you and request you attend the branch with photographic identification.
Change of Name
You will need to attend your local branch with valid identification, your passbook(s) and the original document showing your new name, for example marriage certificate or Deed Poll. You will also need to complete the relevant sections of the Savings Account Amendment Request form.
You will need to fully complete the relevant sections of the Savings Account Amendment Request form and forward this to your branch along with the passbook(s) for your account(s) and a certified copy of your valid photographic identification.
You must also include a certified copy of the name change documentation. Refer to the Society’s ‘Proving your identity’ leaflet if you are unable to produce photographic identification.
Change of Interest Instructions
You will need to attend your local branch with valid photographic identification, your passbook(s) and the relevant sections of the Savings Account Amendment Request form will need to be completed. The form must be signed according to the account signing instructions.
