With our Renovation Remortgage, we can offer you the opportunity to switch your mortgage from another provider to Progressive and borrow additional money in order to make these renovations to your home.

How does it work? 

• We offer a range of products to suit your needs, each with £250 cashback and free valuation. 
• The product has an Initial Stage to repay your existing mortgage up to a maximum of 80% of current value while work is in progress.
• You can then draw down up to 3 additional stages to fund the works (including up to 3 free re-inspections). 
• We will lend up to 90% of the completed valuation of your renovated home.

How to apply 

Book a mortgage appointment with one of our dedicated mortgage advisors. Appointments are available via video or telephone or in one of our 11 branches. Saturday appointments are also available. 

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up with repayments on your mortgage.
