Mortgage cashback offer for Help to Buy: ISA savers Terms & Conditions

• The cashback offer is exclusively for Progressive Building Society Help to Buy: ISA Members who are borrowing with Progressive for their first home in Northern Ireland.
• Your Help to Buy: ISA must have a minimum closing balance of £1,600.
• Your mortgage application must be submitted directly through one of Progressive Building Society’s branches. This means the cashback is not available for mortgage applications introduced by a mortgage intermediary.
• Offer available for first time buyers only.
• The cashback will be paid within one month of completion of the mortgage and cannot therefore be used towards the deposit on your home.
• This cashback offer is only available to Members who complete their mortgage on or before 31 December 2024.
• The £750 cashback offer applies to each individual, so if you are purchasing your first home with someone else who holds a qualifying Progressive Help to Buy: ISA you will both receive £750 cashback.

• Your mortgage application will be subject to the Society’s lending criteria, terms and conditions.
