Switch to a new mortgage product with Progressive

You are eligible to switch your product with us if you’re within 10 weeks of your existing mortgage product coming to an end; or you’re on our Standard Variable Rate (SVR) which is currently 4.35%.

You can switch your product with or without mortgage advice

When you apply to switch with advice, this means one of our mortgage advisors will recommend a mortgage product to you, based on your individual needs and circumstances. You can choose to apply without receiving advice, but you’ll be responsible for your product choice and any impact it may have.

Ways to switch your product

Apply online

Apply online without advice.

If you have received a letter from us, inviting you to switch online, you can proceed here.

You will need:

  • Your email address and your mobile phone number
  • Your 14-digit Unique Code Number (this is on the first letter we sent you about your product switch.)
  • Your Mortgage Account Number (this on your latest mortgage statement.)

If you can’t find either of the above numbers, please call our online support team on 0800 0294 997. Lines are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
