Progressive Building Society are running customer feedback surveys during December 2019 and January 2020.
The survey will gather Members' opinions on what we do well, and what improvements you would like us to make.
Selected Members will receive an email which will look like the image below, should you receive this email, please be assured that this is genuine and secure. You won’t be asked for any personal details as part of this survey.
