Opening A New Progressive Account
You can open a Savings account with Progressive in a number of ways. The different methods are described below. Please ensure you have read the sections " Identification" and "Opening an Account using a cheque" before completing your application form.

| You can open an account at any of our branches or agencies throughout Northern Ireland. To view our locations select the Branch Locator in the help section on the right hand side of the screen. |
| Request Application Form by Post: |

| On request we will send you an application form for an account by post. You can request a form either by calling our Head Office on 02890 244926 or by using the Contact Us facility in the help section. |
| Download an Application Form: |

| To download an application form for your chosen account, please go to the Savings tab and then to the account that you wish to open. From here you will be able to download the respective application form. |
Identification
If you are an existing member and we have current (recent) identity and address verification on file, it is likely that we will need no further proof of identity.
If you are not an existing member or your personal details have changed we are required, by law, to verify your identity and address.

Opening an Account Using a Cheque
If you wish to open an account with the Society using a cheque, do not make the cheque payable simply to the Society. Add further details, such as the name of the person to whom the money is being paid, in the payee line (e.g. Progressive Building Society, Re: John Smith).
