New issue Fixed Rate e-Bonds

New issue Fixed Rate e-Bonds launched Wednesday, 1st May 2013.

Progressive are delighted to announce the availability of our new issue fixed rate e-Bond accounts through our on-line service from Wednesday, 1st May 2013 offering 1.90% Gross/AER fixed for 1 year or 2.10% Gross/Aer fixed for 2 years.
