At the end of the fixed rate period as detailed below, your mortgage will revert to our Standard Variable Rate (SVR) applicable at the time.  Our standard variable rate is currently 4.75%.

A re-inspection fee of £60 will be charged at each advance issued.

For Self Build the mortgage is restricted to 75% of the purchase price/valuation (whichever is lower).

We reserve the right to amend/withdraw this mortgage at any time.  Mortgages are subject to status and valuation.
