Mortgage Application Fees differ from product to product and will be advised on request by reference to the Society's current lending package
VALUATION FEES
A fee is payable to a valuer for the preparation of a standard valuation report. The minimum fee currently charged by the Society is £245. The amount of the fee may be more than the minimum depending on the Purchase Price/Valuation and will be advised on request
